ValuSoft does not officially offer technical support for hardware
updates and video card driver updates that may be required to play
one of our games. We have provided some general information on how to
find computer hardware information, as well as links to assist you in
updating your drivers.
For help finding your computer's video card, follow these steps:
1) Go back to your desktop and center your mouse over the MY COMPUTER icon.
2) Right click with the mouse over that icon and choose PROPERTIES.
3) Click on the DEVICE MANAGER tab.
4) Click on the PLUS SIGN next to DISPLAY ADAPTERS.
This will tell you what kind of video card you have. Please make a note
of this information as you will need it to update your drivers.
The best place to find the specific driver for your video card is from
your computer manufacturer's web site. Often you will find this information
in their Technical Support section and can download new drivers designed
specifically for your computer model and video card.
If your computer manufacturer does not have updated drivers on their
site, or you do not know who your computer manufacturer is, then you
can try searching on the following sites for driver updates:
