Help! I have Windows XP and the game won't work.

This game is compatible with Windows XP. If you are having problems running this game you will want to update your video card drivers.
Note: ValuSoft does not offer technical support for hardware updates and video card driver updates that may be required to play one of our games. We have provided some general information on how to find computer hardware information, as well as links to assist you in updating your drivers.
You can find out the make and model of your video card as well as the version of your video card driver by:
1. Right click on MY COMPUTER.
2. Select PROPERTIES.
3. Click on the HARDWARE tab.
4. Click on DEVICE MANAGER.
5. Click on the plus sign next to DISPLAY ADAPTERS. The name listed here is the make/model of your video card.
6. Double click on this name.
7. Click on the DRIVER tab. Here you will find the file version and file date of the driver currently in use on your system.
To update the video driver, typically you want to contact your computer manufacturer to find out if they have customized the video drivers for your system. You can also check for updated drivers at your video card manufacturer's website.
Once you update your drivers you will want to run the DirectX install again. You can download and install the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft at: http://www.microsoft.com/directx Make sure you select the link on that page for the DirectX that applies to your operating system.
IMPORTANT: after updating your video card drivers, please uninstall your program by using the Add/Remove Programs function in your Control Panel, restart your computer, reinstall your program.
