It is not possible to manually enter Calories from Fat into the nutritional analysis section of this program. The program will automatically calculate this data when the other nutritional information has been added to an ingredient.
1. Fill in all the available nutritional information fields for the ingredient.
2. Click Save to go back to the ingredient list.
3. Open the ingredient again--the Calories from Fat should now be filled in.
