To add categories to a cookbook, select the "Use My Categories" option while creating a cookbook.
1. Select "New Cookbook" from the FILE menu.
2. Place a checkmark by "Use My Categories".
3. Click on the "Manage My Categories" button and create a list of category
names using the ADD or REMOVE buttons. Then click on the DONE button.
4. Name the cookbook and click on OK to create a new cookbook.
