With IE7 tools are handled differently. To access the MasterCook Web Import tool do the following.
1) Launch IE7
2) Click on View in the Menu Bar (You may have to hit the Alt button on your keyboard to activate the Menu Bar)
3) Highlight Explorer Bar
4) Select MasterCook Bar.
