To enable the cheats: Start a profile with the following (exact) name: No 1 likes a cheat!!!!
(Exactly four exclamation marks, there.)
You do not need to be using the profile with that name. It just has to be one of the 10 slots.
When active the following cheats are available:
F1 = 9 hints
F2 = skip current challenge
F3 = set clock to 2:05
F4 = skip current chapter
